Key Responsibilities
- Complete individual and potentially small business tax returns accurately and efficiently using proprietary software, adhering to all UK tax laws and regulations.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with clients virtually (via phone, email, or video call) to gather necessary information and answer basic queries.
- Review tax documents and financial information for completeness and accuracy, identifying potential discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and sensitive data.
- Participate actively in all provided training and certification programs to ensure proficiency and compliance.
- Manage workload effectively to meet seasonal deadlines and performance metrics.
