Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and physically fit individuals to join our Dartford team as Shipping Container Unloaders, also known as Lumpers. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role focused on the efficient and safe manual unloading of goods from shipping containers. You will play a critical role in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are quickly processed and ready for the next stage of the supply chain. This is an entry-level position; full training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in logistics with immediate daily pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload a variety of goods from shipping containers.
- Sort and stack products onto pallets or into designated areas according to warehouse procedures.
- Wrap and secure pallets for safe transport within the warehouse.
- Operate manual pallet jacks as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily unloading targets.
