Job Description
Are you passionate about esports and looking to get your foot in the door of this exciting industry? Wyoming Esports Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic E-Sports Team Management Intern to join our Casper-based team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with little to no prior experience, eager to learn the operational aspects of managing esports teams and events. You will work closely with our experienced staff, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in team coordination, logistics, content support, and community engagement. Full training will be provided to help you develop the skills necessary for a successful career in esports management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily administrative tasks related to esports team management and operations.
- Help coordinate team schedules, practice times, and travel logistics for local and regional events.
- Support social media content creation and community engagement efforts.
- Aid in organizing and executing local esports tournaments and community events.
- Perform research on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential sponsorship opportunities.
- Help maintain team rosters, equipment inventories, and performance data.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for esports and the gaming industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
