Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation & Benefits / Rewards Manager to join our Human Resources team. This crucial role will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across our organisation. You will ensure our reward strategies are aligned with business objectives, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our reward structures remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
- Manage annual salary review processes, bonus schemes, and long-term incentive plans.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health, pension, and other welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR business partners and line managers on reward-related matters.
- Lead or participate in compensation surveys and analyse results to benchmark internal practices.
- Develop communication strategies to effectively articulate reward programs to employees.
- Analyse the effectiveness of existing reward programs and recommend improvements.
- Support the integration of compensation and benefits programs for new acquisitions or mergers.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent understanding of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and salary structures.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations in a UK context.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse and global team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, WorldatWork) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience working within a large, multinational professional services firm.
