Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented E-commerce Order Fraud Reviewer to join our team in Chandler. In this critical on-site role, you will be responsible for reviewing customer orders to identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, protecting both the company and our customers. This position requires a keen eye for discrepancies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make sound judgments based on established protocols. You will work within a dynamic e-commerce environment, contributing directly to the security and integrity of our online transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review e-commerce orders daily for potential fraud indicators using internal tools and external resources.
- Investigate suspicious transactions by analyzing customer data, payment details, and order history.
- Communicate effectively with customers, banks, and payment processors to verify information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed records of fraud investigations and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and finance, to ensure a seamless and secure transaction process.
- Stay updated on the latest fraud trends and prevention techniques.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures related to fraud detection and prevention.
