Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and analytical Management Consultant to join our dynamic advisory team in Kingston upon Hull. In this role, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, tackling their most pressing strategic and operational challenges. You will be instrumental in identifying inefficiencies, developing innovative solutions, and guiding implementation to drive measurable business improvements and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in client engagements, from problem definition to solution delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to distil complex data into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Excel, financial modelling).
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Specific industry experience in areas such as manufacturing, public sector, financial services, or healthcare.
  • Experience with digital transformation or technology implementation projects.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
