Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Commercial Photography Assistant Intern to join our dynamic creative team in Bellevue. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional commercial photography studio environment. You will support our photographers and stylists in various aspects of photo production, from studio setup and equipment management to post-production assistance. Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers and stylists during photo shoots for various Microsoft products and initiatives.
- Help set up and dismantle photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, backdrops, and props.
- Organize and maintain the photography studio and equipment inventory.
- Support with basic photo editing tasks, including culling, color correction, and file management.
- Prepare products and props for shoots, ensuring they meet aesthetic standards.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute ideas.
- Learn and adhere to all studio safety protocols and best practices.
- Run errands related to photo shoots, such as picking up props or equipment.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for photography and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of photography principles or eagerness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with digital cameras and studio lighting concepts (even if self-taught).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
