Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Shoe Repairer to join our friendly team in Liverpool. As a Shoe Repairer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality repair services for a variety of footwear, ensuring customer satisfaction with every job. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for craftsmanship. You will work with traditional tools and modern machinery to restore shoes to their former glory, contributing to our reputation for excellence in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of shoe repair services including resoling, reheeling, stitching, patching, and stretching.
  • Assess footwear damage and recommend appropriate repair solutions to customers.
  • Operate and maintain shoe repair machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory of repair materials and order supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and craftsmanship in all repair work.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in shoe repair or a related craft.
  • Proficiency in using various hand tools and machinery for footwear repair.
