Job Description
Proximity Marketing Group is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Coupon Clipping & Sorting Workers at our Dundee Marketing Facility. This entry-level position is crucial for the efficient processing and distribution of promotional materials for various marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for accurately clipping, sorting, and preparing coupons, ensuring all materials meet strict quality control standards before dispatch. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately clip coupons and other promotional materials from provided sheets or booklets.
- Sort clipped coupons into designated categories based on client specifications, codes, or expiration dates.
- Verify the quantity and quality of sorted materials, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damaged items.
- Prepare sorted coupons for packaging and distribution, ensuring correct bundling, labelling, and readiness for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all facility safety and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with other general facility tasks as required, supporting the smooth operation of marketing campaigns and material flow.
- Operate basic sorting equipment, if applicable, after proper training and certification.
