Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of orders during transport.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained personal vehicle suitable for deliveries.
Required Skills
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle (car, scooter, or bicycle, depending on market regulations).
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- A smartphone with data plan (iOS or Android) to use the Dasher app.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Charlotte metropolitan area, including various neighborhoods and routes.
- Previous experience in delivery services, ride-sharing, or customer service roles is a plus, but not required.
