Job Description
Are you passionate about the sea and looking for a unique career path? Oceanic Marine Charters is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Yacht Crew. No prior yachting experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel in this dynamic industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career aboard luxury yachts, learn valuable skills, and travel while working.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of the yacht, including cleaning, polishing, and tidying.
- Support the senior crew in preparing the yacht for voyages and guest arrivals.
- Provide attentive and professional service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Learn and assist with deck operations, including line handling, fender deployment, and anchoring procedures.
- Participate in safety drills and adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist with provisioning and inventory management as directed.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and professionalism at all times.
- Actively engage in training and development opportunities provided by the company.
Required Skills

- Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
- Basic physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Basic first aid certification.
- Any prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or manual labor.
- Knowledge of basic swimming.
- Willingness to undertake STCW Basic Safety Training (will be provided if not held).
