Job Description

We provide comprehensive paid training and cover all costs associated with obtaining your Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) Licence. Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and successfully complete all paid training programs to obtain your PCV Licence.
- Operate transit buses safely and efficiently on assigned routes, adhering to schedules.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers, including proper boarding and alighting procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with information and inquiries.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Report any mechanical defects or safety concerns promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid Class D or E Florida Driver's License (or equivalent from another state) with a clean driving record for at least the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a comprehensive training program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with the Orlando metropolitan area.
