Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Casino Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gaming floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth game play, managing table games and staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and enforcing all company policies and gaming regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all activities on the gaming floor, ensuring fair play and adherence to established procedures.
- Oversee dealer performance, providing training, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
- Resolve customer disputes and complaints efficiently and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor game play for irregularities, cheating, or suspicious activity, and report findings to security and management.
- Manage table game operations, including opening and closing tables, chip fills, and player tracking.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal gaming regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new gaming procedures and promotions.
- Prepare daily reports on game performance, staffing levels, and customer interactions.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among floor staff.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in casino operations or gaming management.
- Strong knowledge of various card games, rules, and procedures (e.g., Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker).
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in gaming management software and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Previous experience with international teams or diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Certification in specific casino games or operations.
