Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as a Specialty Tea / Coffee Retailer, focusing on product tasting and customer engagement within our vibrant mall environment. This role is perfect for someone passionate about premium beverages, eager to learn, and excited to provide an unparalleled tasting experience for our guests. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our exclusive tea and coffee selections, educating them on origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Full training will be provided to ensure you become an expert in our specialty offerings and an ambassador for the Starbucks Reserve brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative tea and coffee tasting sessions for customers.
- Educate customers on the unique qualities, origins, and preparation methods of Starbucks Reserve products.
- Actively promote and sell specialty tea and coffee products, including whole beans, brewing equipment, and merchandise.
- Maintain an immaculate and inviting tasting area and retail space.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and building lasting relationships.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and merchandising.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational standards.
- Continuously learn about new products and industry trends.
Required Skills

- A genuine passion for tea and/or coffee.
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge.

- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
