Job Description

No previous experience is required, as we provide comprehensive, fully paid training, including achieving your nationally recognised Care Certificate. You will be supporting our clients with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes.
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication reminders and administration (following training).
- Assist with mobility, moving, and handling tasks using appropriate equipment.
- Help with light household duties, meal preparation, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Document care provided accurately and report any concerns or changes in client condition.
- Promote the independence, dignity, and choice of clients at all times.
