Job Description

This is an entry-level position specifically designed for individuals with no prior experience in mental health care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, enabling them to achieve their personal goals.
  • Assist service users with daily living activities, including managing finances, household tasks, and accessing community resources.
  • Support individuals in developing coping strategies and life skills to promote independence and wellbeing.
  • Engage in one-to-one and group support sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided and service user progress.
  • Work collaboratively with senior support workers, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure holistic care.
  • Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
  • Adhere to all Hafal policies, procedures, and professional standards.
