Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants, representing Savills professionally.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about properties, their features, and local amenities.
- Gather feedback from viewers and relay it promptly to relevant sales and lettings consultants.
- Ensure properties are secure before and after viewings, including locking up and checking alarms.
- Assist with property access arrangements and key management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of properties on the market and local property trends.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as needed.
