Job Description
Join the energetic team at Clarence Pier as an Amusement Park Attendant! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment, ensuring our guests have a safe and memorable experience. You will be responsible for operating rides, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for individuals seeking to start their career in leisure and entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate amusement rides safely and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety protocols.
- Provide clear and friendly instructions to guests regarding ride safety and regulations.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting rides, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Monitor ride areas for safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of ride stations and surrounding areas.
- Engage with guests in a positive and professional manner, answering questions and providing directions.
- Handle minor guest inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures for assigned attractions.
Required Skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties.

- First Aid certification (not mandatory, but a bonus).
