Job Description

An exciting opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the events industry! Spectra Venue Management is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Stewards/Ushers to join our team for weekend events. This is an entry-level position perfect for those with no prior experience in event management or customer service. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to assist our guests and contribute to successful events. Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and directing guests to their seats or various venue locations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with guest inquiries.
  • Monitoring designated areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to venue policies.
  • Assisting with crowd control and maintaining orderly entry and exit points.
  • Reporting any issues or incidents to supervisory staff promptly.
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Supporting pre-event setup and post-event clear-up as needed.
