Job Description
Are you a compassionate individual looking to start a rewarding career in care? Care UK is offering an incredible opportunity for a No Experience Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Chichester. No previous experience is required, as we provide full, comprehensive training from day one. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine desire to help others, excellent communication skills, and a positive, empathetic approach. You will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
- Support with meal times, ensuring residents receive adequate nutrition and hydration
- Engage residents in social activities, hobbies, and community outings
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or well-being to senior staff
- Adhere to all care plans and company policies and procedures
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

Preferred Qualifications
