Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and drinking glasses.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items found in guest rooms or public areas.
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and storage rooms.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and policies.
- Manage linen supplies and maintain equipment in good working order.
