Job Description
Pioneer BioLabs is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Stem Cell Research Intern to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine cell culture maintenance, including passaging, media preparation, and cryopreservation of various stem cell lines.
- Perform basic molecular biology techniques, such as DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
- Support experimental setup, data collection, and analysis under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records and experimental logs.
- Participate in lab meetings and contribute to scientific discussions.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Help with general lab organization, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Basic understanding of cell biology and molecular biology principles.
- Demonstrated ability to follow protocols meticulously and maintain accurate records.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
