Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as directed by care plans.
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying client living areas.
- Accompany clients to appointments or on errands, providing companionship and ensuring safety.
- Document observations and services provided accurately and promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members regarding client well-being and any concerns.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to speak a second language relevant to the local community
