Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waitress to join our team at Nok by Alara. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service quality. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Ensure tables are set properly, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
