Job Description
KFC Nigeria is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Fast Food Cashiers & Servers in Victoria Island, Lagos. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for SSCE holders who are eager to start their career in the fast-paced food service industry. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Process customer payments efficiently using a POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
- Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, counters, and food preparation zones.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory checks.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum of Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality) is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene practices.
