Job Description
We are looking for diligent and reliable Factory Packaging Hands to join our production team in Magodo. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment with weekly wages and a transport allowance. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for dispatch, maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Package finished products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area on the production floor.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 15 kg.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic literacy (ability to read and understand simple instructions).
- Prior experience in a factory or production environment (not required, but a plus).
