Job Description

No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival at various event venues.
- Provide clear directions and assist guests in finding their seats or designated areas.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding event schedules, facilities, and general information.
- Maintain order and ensure a smooth flow of traffic within the event space.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as instructed.
- Assist with minor setup or breakdown tasks as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to supervisors when necessary.
- Adhere to event protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
