Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Lounge Hostess to join our dynamic team at Cubana Hut & Grill Ikeja. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who love interacting with people, have a passion for hospitality, and are looking for a flexible work schedule. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are seated efficiently. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to the right candidate. This role offers the unique benefit of working only three days a week while keeping all your earned tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at the lounge.
- Manage guest flow, seating arrangements, and reservation system efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and inform them of specials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and waiting area.
- Assist guests with coat check or baggage storage when necessary.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries.
- Liaise effectively with serving staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
