Job Description
We are actively seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, looking to start or advance their career. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and comprehensive training will be provided to all successful candidates. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a desire to deliver outstanding service, we encourage you to participate in our walk-in assessment this week.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond to special requests.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service.
- Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
