Job Description
Join our manufacturing team at Pirelli as a Factory Machine Feeder. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start a career in manufacturing. We provide comprehensive on-site training to ensure you gain the necessary skills and confidence to excel in this role. As a Machine Feeder, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of production machinery by supplying it with raw materials or components, contributing directly to our production efficiency and product quality. No prior experience is required; we are looking for reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic who are ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials into production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure a continuous supply of materials.
- Identify and report any material shortages or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with basic machine adjustments under supervision, as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
