Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Event Ushers. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain practical experience in the vibrant events industry, with full training provided. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our events, responsible for ensuring that every guest has a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your role will involve assisting attendees, providing clear guidance, and helping to maintain an organized and welcoming atmosphere throughout our diverse range of events. Uniforms will be provided, and transport to and from the venue will be arranged for all successful candidates, ensuring convenience and ease of access.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon their arrival and provide assistance with any inquiries they may have.
- Efficiently direct attendees to their designated seats, event halls, restrooms, and other venue facilities.
- Accurately provide information regarding event schedules, amenities, and the overall venue layout.
- Ensure a smooth and orderly flow of guests during both entry and exit periods of events.
- Actively contribute to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and orderly environment for all attendees.
- Assist with crowd management and the organization of queues to prevent congestion.
- Promptly identify and report any incidents, concerns, or emergencies to event management.
- Distribute event programs, brochures, or any other required materials to guests.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, representing the venue's high standards.

- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
