Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Outdoor Catering Waiters to join our esteemed catering team. This role is crucial for delivering Sheraton Lagos Hotel’s signature service directly to our clients’ private parties and home events. You will be responsible for setting up event spaces, serving food and beverages with grace and efficiency, and ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position requires flexibility, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality, often working in various locations within and around Ikeja.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up event venues, including tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, and glassware, according to event specifications.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests at private parties and home service events.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general cleanup during and after events.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all service areas.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other service personnel to ensure smooth event execution.
- Adhere to all food safety and service standards.
- Represent Sheraton Lagos Hotel with professionalism and uphold our brand reputation.

- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo) is a plus
