Job Description
Join our team as a Berry Sorter on casual day shifts. This is a light work role primarily focused on ensuring the quality and integrity of fresh berries before they reach our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting, sorting, and packaging berries according to our stringent quality standards. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexible work, a friendly team environment, and an opportunity to contribute to the fresh produce supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully inspect fresh berries for quality, ripeness, and defects.
- Gently sort berries by size, color, and condition.
- Remove any damaged, overripe, or moldy berries.
- Accurately weigh and package berries into designated containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work efficiently to meet daily sorting and packaging targets.
Required Skills
