Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced WFH Systems Analyst with a strong focus on WFH Infrastructure to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our remote work environment. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting systems that enable our workforce to operate efficiently from anywhere. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of remote access technologies, collaboration platforms, and endpoint management in a distributed setting. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from your home office anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing WFH infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions for remote access, collaboration, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to WFH technologies and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing services.
- Monitor system performance and security, recommending and implementing proactive measures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and IT support teams on WFH-related issues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with remote access technologies (VPN, VDI, RDP)
- Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Experience with endpoint management solutions (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Familiarity with network protocols and security principles in a remote context
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, ITIL)
- Experience with security best practices for remote environments and zero-trust architectures
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) solutions and single sign-on (SSO)
- Previous experience working in a fully remote or hybrid work model with large enterprises
