Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sustainable Packaging Line Worker to join our eco-friendly factory team in Corner Brook. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and contributing to a greener future. You will play a vital role in ensuring our premium seafood products are packaged efficiently and according to our rigorous quality and environmental standards. This is a day shift position, offering a consistent schedule in a dynamic and supportive environment. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Sort, label, and pack products into appropriate containers and boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all hygiene and safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged goods and materials.
- Follow all company guidelines for waste reduction and sustainable packaging practices.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow and problem-solve any issues.
