Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as a Remote Data Management professional. This is a long-term, full-time work-from-home role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our mission from anywhere in Australia. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our vital data assets. You will be responsible for a variety of data-related tasks, maintaining our high standards and supporting our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular data entry, updates, and maintenance across various internal systems.
- Validate data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Generate routine data reports and assist with basic data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures.
- Participate in data quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security protocols.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry and management principles.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using database management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
