Job Description
Wilson Security is seeking vigilant and reliable individuals to join our team as a Site Security Marshall for night shifts in Goulburn. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those looking to start a career in security, as no prior experience is required. Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped for the role. You will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our client’s premises during evening and overnight hours, ensuring a secure environment through diligent patrols and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the assigned site to deter unauthorized access and activity.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, responding promptly to any alerts or suspicious incidents.
- Control access points for authorized personnel and visitors, verifying credentials as needed.
- Complete detailed reports on all incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Enforce site rules and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, and security breaches, following established protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members, site management, and emergency services when required.
Required Skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently.

- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for report writing and record keeping.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
