Job Description
Join Vignoble Union Libre as a Seasonal Wine Bottling Line Assistant in Drummondville. This fast-paced role is critical to preparing our wines for market, involving various tasks on our automated bottling line. You will be an integral part of our production team, ensuring efficiency and quality during our busy bottling seasons. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy dynamic work environments and are looking to gain experience in the wine industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor bottling line machinery under supervision.
- Load bottles, corks, labels, and capsules onto the line.
- Perform quality checks on bottled products (e.g., fill levels, label placement, seal integrity).
- Pack finished wine bottles into cases.
- Assist with general cleanup and maintenance of the bottling area.
- Move materials and finished goods within the bottling facility.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
- Knowledge of winery operations or food production safety standards.
