Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote UX/UI Testers on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone passionate about user experience and eager to provide valuable feedback on digital products. As a tester, you will interact with various websites, applications, and prototypes, recording your screen and verbalizing your thoughts, impressions, and challenges. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the usability and overall design of our products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our users. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and interact with websites, mobile applications, and software prototypes.
- Record your screen and audio while performing specific tasks, verbalizing your thoughts, reactions, and difficulties encountered.
- Identify and document usability issues, bugs, and areas for improvement in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide constructive feedback on the user interface, user experience, and overall functionality.
- Complete assigned testing tasks within specified deadlines.
- Participate in occasional debriefing sessions or surveys to elaborate on feedback.
Required Skills
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for clear articulation of thoughts and feedback.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating digital interfaces.
- Reliable internet connection and a working microphone/headset.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
- Passion for improving user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience using screen recording software (e.g., OBS, QuickTime, built-in OS tools).
- Familiarity with UX/UI concepts or basic design principles.
- Experience providing constructive criticism or product feedback in any capacity.
- A keen eye for design aesthetics and usability.
