Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Fair Work Admin Support – Industrial Relations professional to join our team in Didcot, Oxfordshire. This on-site role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial relations processes, providing essential administrative assistance to our HR and IR advisors. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance with fair work principles, and facilitating effective communication across various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Industrial Relations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records, industrial agreements, and policy documents with accuracy and discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to industrial relations matters.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication, ensuring timely dissemination of information to relevant parties.
  • Support the team in monitoring compliance with fair work legislation, awards, and company policies.
  • Organize and manage documentation for grievance procedures, disciplinary hearings, and consultation processes.
  • Process and track industrial relations-related queries, directing them to the appropriate advisors when necessary.
  • Undertake general office duties as required to support the efficient functioning of the department.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience in a professional office environment, ideally within HR or a related field.

  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
