Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals for an Entry-Level Warehouse Worker position on our Night Shifts in Poughkeepsie, NY. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career with a global logistics leader, with no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to package sorting, loading, and unloading, contributing to the efficient flow of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload packages from trailers and conveyor belts.
- Sort packages according to destination codes.
- Scan and record package information using handheld devices.
- Lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) after proper training.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
- Willingness to work night shifts and a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a physical labor role (not required, but a plus).
