Job Description

No prior experience is required! We provide full paid firearms training and all the necessary certifications to ensure your success in this critical role. As a Trainee, you will learn the essential skills to safely and securely transport cash, valuables, and other sensitive materials. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully complete all required paid firearms training and certifications.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures for armored vehicle operation and cash handling.
- Assist experienced guards in the secure transport of cash, valuables, and sensitive materials.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and vigilance during transit.
- Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
- Operate armored vehicles safely and professionally.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and logs accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Represent GardaWorld professionally and courteously to clients.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required security licenses and permits (company will assist).
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy bags of coin/currency (up to 50 lbs) and navigate stairs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Commitment to safety and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.

- Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
