Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Eco-Tourism Lodge Assistant to join our team at a secluded lodge within the South Yorkshire region. This is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about nature, hospitality, and sustainability. As an integral part of our lodge team, you will assist with daily operations, ensuring our guests have an exceptional and eco-conscious stay. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. This role is based at a remote lodge location, and comfortable on-site accommodation is included as part of the package.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, providing a warm and informative welcome.
- Support lodge management in the daily upkeep and cleanliness of guest accommodations and communal areas.
- Help organise and facilitate eco-friendly activities and experiences for guests.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of lodge supplies.
- Contribute to maintaining the sustainable practices of the lodge, including waste management and energy conservation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive working environment.
