Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Work From Home Software Demo Booker to join our dynamic B2B Tech Sector team. This is a 100% remote position, based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. As a Demo Booker, you will be crucial in identifying, qualifying, and scheduling product demonstrations for our sales team with prospective B2B clients. You will be responsible for outbound communication, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to sales engagement, playing a vital role in our customer acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify potential B2B clients.
- Schedule and confirm product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on demo booking activities, conversion rates, and pipeline contributions.
- Stay informed about our software solutions and the B2B tech market to effectively engage with prospects.
- Adhere to communication best practices and company policies for data privacy and security.
Required Skills
