Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting way to spend your weekends and be part of Karratha’s biggest events? Pilbara Events & Entertainment Group is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Event Ushers for casual weekend work at major stadium events. As an Event Usher, you will be the face of our events, ensuring every patron has a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. This is a casual position perfect for those seeking flexible work hours, primarily on weekends, and a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct patrons to their seats and various stadium facilities.
- Verify tickets and passes accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear and helpful information regarding event schedules, amenities, and venue policies.
- Assist patrons with special needs or accessibility requirements.
- Monitor assigned sections for safety hazards, crowd flow, and compliance with venue rules.
- Respond promptly and courteously to patron inquiries and resolve minor issues.
- Work collaboratively with other event staff and security personnel to maintain a positive and secure environment.
- Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in evacuations if necessary.
Required Skills

- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Familiarity with large event venues or stadium operations.
