Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems on various agricultural sites.
- Learn to identify common irrigation system issues, such as leaks, blockages, and equipment malfunctions.
- Support the preparation and transportation of tools and equipment to job sites.
- Perform basic tasks such as digging trenches, connecting pipes, and testing system components under supervision.
- Help maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols on all job sites.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and safely.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in how things work.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Australian Driver's License (P2 or higher preferred).
