Job Description
Join AT&T as an Inbound Sales Representative and embark on an exciting career from the comfort of your home! You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective customers who have expressed interest in AT&T’s products and services. These are ‘warm leads’ – customers who are already engaged and interested, making your role focused on guiding them to the best solutions for their needs. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge and tools required to succeed, regardless of your prior sales experience. This 100% remote position offers flexibility and the chance to become a vital part of our customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers with genuine interest in AT&T services.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T products and services (internet, TV, wireless, etc.).
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing options.
- Accurately process orders and ensure all customer information is captured correctly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Meet and exceed established sales and customer service goals.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to remote work.
