Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping customers and a knack for sales? Rogers Communications is looking for an enthusiastic Work From Home: Inbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position where you will handle inbound calls from customers who have already expressed interest in our products and services (warm leads). Your primary goal will be to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales, all from the comfort of your home office. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from warm leads interested in Rogers products and services.
- Actively listen to customer needs and accurately identify opportunities to offer relevant solutions and packages.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and pricing, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Successfully close sales by addressing customer concerns and overcoming objections with empathy and product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A dedicated, quiet home workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a sales-focused role, particularly with inbound calls.
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
- Bilingualism (English/French) is a significant asset.
