Job Description
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Wedding Venue Cleanup Crew for Sunday morning shifts. This vital role is responsible for ensuring our event spaces are meticulously cleaned and reset after wedding celebrations, preparing them for the next day’s activities. If you are a morning person with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a beautiful environment, we encourage you to apply. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently clear tables, chairs, and other items from event spaces.
- Carefully remove decorations, linens, and floral arrangements.
- Thoroughly sweep, mop, and vacuum all floor surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms to high standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling.
- Restock supplies as needed in event areas and restrooms.
- Inspect all areas for cleanliness, tidiness, and any maintenance issues.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality for Sunday morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures (training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or event setup/teardown is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with hospitality environments.
