Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Wealth Management Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Vaughan. This role is crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, embodying the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere of CIBC Wood Gundy. You will provide essential administrative support, manage office communications, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our busy wealth management office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for client service, looking to grow within the financial industry. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area and common spaces.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to Investment Advisors and office staff as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Handle client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and company information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
